One of life's greatest moments is realizing that it just did what it couldn't do 2 weeks ago! My favorite saying, but I have only been at this going on a week now, 6 days on here, and my body has made strides!

Dr Oz and Shaun T's 15 minutes workout video wouldn't play today. I chose to do low impact cardio workout for beginners by fitnessblender, found on YouTube. It's 30 minutes long. I was able to do the entire video and keep up. Great workout!
