How Often Do you weigh yourself?
i weigh once or twice per month because it was driving me crazy to weigh weekly if i didn't like what i saw on the scale. so to keep my sanity and not beat myself up when i don't meet that goal i have in my head i just keep it to once or twice a month and it's really more like once.
