This week I've been doing really good, calories in range, I've exercised all days, and ate very few offlimits snacks. Nonetheless today I have a bachelor's party in a ranch in which we'll basically drink, eat, be at the pool, drink more and eat more...I'll try to keep it controlled but I'm menatlly prepared, I know today my cals will increase mainly because eof the alcohol. I'll get back on track sat and sun Anyways, have a great weekend everyone.
