Hello everyone! Day one on FS and Day one of Atkins. Looking for buddies, recipes, tips, etc. Reviewing my track record for sticking to diets...I'm going to need all the help I can get. No excuse this year, I have a pair of show chaps to fit into or bust!

Induction Help!
Day one! Bound and determined to stick this one out. Any pointers, tips, recipes, etc for an Atkins Induction starter. Very motivated to keep this one up and going for the long haul. I have to fit in my show chaps (horse show) this year! Any help or tips are GREATLY appreciated!
