I had an active weekend. Did a 2 mile and a 4 mile walk. Rode my bike 10 and 12 miles. Went to Pilates twice. Invited girlfriends over for lunch so they could help me finish off the pie. Then I tripped and whacked my left hand and right knee. The recovery process from falls or over-stretching in Pilates at 55 can take a week or more. It seems like as I’m getting really fit something like this happens and it sets me back. Tonight I overate pistachios and tortilla chips. Tomorrow I am going to treat myself to a pedicure. If I can’t get back to Pilates by the end of the week, I am getting lash extensions!

How do I add a photo from my camera roll to the journal post? I also want to understand more about the link between the Health app and FS. For example, the Health app says I walked 4.2 miles yesterday. FS says I walked 9,000 steps but doesn’t show calories burned.

Just sippin’ coffee until Thanksgiving dinner. I always thought skipping breakfast was a sin and I’m not one for skipping a meal anyway. I’m not the one who forgot to eat. As Amy Schumer said, I may forget I already had two lunches! The popularity of intermittent fasting has given me some freedom to skip a meal to save some calories may compensate for the extra pie consumption this weekend. Happy Thanksgiving, y’all!
