I'm in my early thirties and I've been married for 6 years. In that time, my weight has crept up, mainly because I stopped exercising. But, I'm trying to rectify that, especially before we start to have babies.

Oatmeal!!!
I thought that I didn't like the taste of plain oatmeal. However, over the weekend I bought Quick Oats by the pound at Whole Foods. It tastes completely different than Quaker. I am able to eat them plain, cooked with water.
