I hurt my back which has made exercise a bit difficult this week - that on top of 3 slices of pumpkin pie have proved somewhat of a set back - still I am motivated and determined (and still looking pretty darn awesome) so hopefully I will re lose the tricksy pounds over the next couple of days... it was very tasty pie...

Was really excited when I saw that I had reached 7 stone 13 - I can't remember the last time I was below 8 stone but it must have been at least 8 years ago so this is totally awesome - I don't know what my ideal weight is (anywhere between 8st 3 and 7st 6) but I am looking better than I have for ages and I don't even know if I will bother setting a new target I might just keep doing what I have been doing and see how it goes - I haven't felt that I have given up too much tasty food so maintaining this should not be difficult - the food diary on this site has been amazingly helpful :)

Am quite happy with this - 8st 2lb is the skinniest I have been for some time - I have not followed my diet perfectly having munched on more fruit than required and sometimes overeaten at dinner not to mention 2 different puddings - the fact that I am still losing a noticeable amount of weight is really awesome - the family descends today meaning that I will no longer be cooking for 1 and I think that this will also help me with portion size - I am really proud of myself for losing 1 pound while they were gone!

I am feeling really happy that I actually lost some weight because yesterday I was feeling really bloaty and I have been concerned that I have been eating larger portions than I should be - plus I have not been able to exercise that much this week because of knee issues so the fact that I have still managed to lose a little has put me in such a good mood and is a brilliant motivator!

O dear - this whole cooking for one thing is not impacting particularly healthily on my life - tis only for 2 weeks though and I am getting plenty of exercise so it shall not be deadly - the problem is that I think I am ending up eating more than I otherwise might because I am aware that there are dates by which stuff has to be used - I guess I can always freeze more stuff and will attempt to control my portion sizes more carefully! still I am eating lots of salad and veg!
