Was really excited when I saw that I had reached 7 stone 13 - I can't remember the last time I was below 8 stone but it must have been at least 8 years ago so this is totally awesome - I don't know what my ideal weight is (anywhere between 8st 3 and 7st 6) but I am looking better than I have for ages and I don't even know if I will bother setting a new target I might just keep doing what I have been doing and see how it goes - I haven't felt that I have given up too much tasty food so maintaining this should not be difficult - the food diary on this site has been amazingly helpful :)
