Am quite happy with this - 8st 2lb is the skinniest I have been for some time - I have not followed my diet perfectly having munched on more fruit than required and sometimes overeaten at dinner not to mention 2 different puddings - the fact that I am still losing a noticeable amount of weight is really awesome - the family descends today meaning that I will no longer be cooking for 1 and I think that this will also help me with portion size - I am really proud of myself for losing 1 pound while they were gone!
