I hurt my back which has made exercise a bit difficult this week - that on top of 3 slices of pumpkin pie have proved somewhat of a set back - still I am motivated and determined (and still looking pretty darn awesome) so hopefully I will re lose the tricksy pounds over the next couple of days... it was very tasty pie...
