Well, I fell off the wagon big time. I have not been to the gym since I had this 2 week cold and now it's been a month. My pms weight today is +7 lbs . . . I am so disappointed in myself. I worked soooo hard to lose those 7lbs and now they are back on. Well, I'm OK . . . I will simply get back on the wagon and start again. Starting tomorrow, I will start my food journal again and take my supplements religiously. I will also make a menu and start cooking again. I have to return to the gym by next week.

The past week has been a flurry of activity which made it easy to not think about food. Food was an after thought! Now that the busy-ness is over and my body needs to recouperate. I am taking it easy and eating whatever I want (sensibly) for a few days. Today, I'm starting back with my water, tomorrow I will add my vitamin B supplements and get back to the gym. I managed to lose 7lbs in 3 weeks! That's really good. Keep in up girl!

Busy, busy week . . .but managed to stay on track with my weight loss goals . . . with the exception of a few unhealthy food choices. I was pleasantly surprised at my weigh in . . . lost 4 pounds in a week! This week I'm attempting to do the fat flush soup and fruit only . . . . I would prefer to stop and get some boudin, but hey, I will try my best to just head straight to the gym. The vitamin B supplements have really helped with my energy and I believe with facilitating more weight loss! Keeping it up!

It's been a week and I've lost 1 1/2 lbs. I'm a lil disappointed that it's not more, but with the fact that I only exercised 2 days and had several cheats, that's really good! I will start a new vitamin supplement on tomorrw which is supposed to help, so I hope next week's weigh in will be better. I am also a lil down because the weather changed and I did not get out to do my sweat walk yesterday. I can't let the weather dicatate how I will take care of myself . . . so I have to make my investment in the gym work for me. I will head straight to the gym this week and try to be a lil early to catch the first pilates class. My goal for next week is 5lbs.

I'm back at it again! This time, I believe I can do it. I have finally eliminated some things in my life that have totally kept me in a "prison". As crazy as the last several months have been with me eating like a horse, was just the shaking up I needed to get my azz up and start moving. I started pilates and walking and although I am sore and feeling like a whale in the class . . . I'm on my way to feeling great! I have to admit, other that the cran water and fiber (when I remembered) I have not followed FF. My goal for this week is to reaquaint myself with the book and do grocery shopping. I came back to this website because I know its a good healthy way to eat and still lose weight. For now, it's fruit only in the a.m., ( for cleansing) and veggies and protein at lunch and dinner. . . and of course, keep up the pilates and walking . . . no matter how self conscious I feel in the class I have to go! Will also make a point of journaling here at least 1x per week to measure my progress. I'm doing it this time!
