Day 4 and I've done pretty good on eliminating the whites this week. I've kept a food journal, had my lemon in the A.M., cran water, + the fiber in am / pm. Forgot a few times. Once I can implement all those without forgetting, maybe I can add more . . . not taking supplements or adding the oil yet. I just feel like I need to take baby steps and not try this whole new routine. I hope to add the supplements next week. I weigh tomorrow to see how eliminating whites has done this week. I have a slightly better feeling in my body, still feeling heavy, but not so much like I'm carrying a ton of bricks on my back! I heard one of my favorite songs on the radio this morning, my mind shifted to me performing that song, dancing, looking like the picture I have posted. I felt like its possible for me to get from under this rock.

Started FF, stopped, started, stopped, actually weigh more! Will try again!
It's Monday, February 12th. Will do the preliminary stuff like eliminating all the whites this week, add the lemon water in the a.m. and cran-water throughout the day. By next Monday, I should be ready to follow the plan to a T. will weigh on that day and really start over.
