It's been a week and I've lost 1 1/2 lbs. I'm a lil disappointed that it's not more, but with the fact that I only exercised 2 days and had several cheats, that's really good! I will start a new vitamin supplement on tomorrw which is supposed to help, so I hope next week's weigh in will be better. I am also a lil down because the weather changed and I did not get out to do my sweat walk yesterday. I can't let the weather dicatate how I will take care of myself . . . so I have to make my investment in the gym work for me. I will head straight to the gym this week and try to be a lil early to catch the first pilates class. My goal for next week is 5lbs.
