Ordered a fitness band to connect to my phone last night. It is frustrating not knowing how many calories I am actually burning during the day. So hopefully having a fitness tracker that I wear will help.

What happens when you cheat on a low carb diet? Last night I had 79 grams of carbs. 🙁
It was yummy, but now I am trying to figure out what may have happened to my ketosis.
Thoughts?

I fell yesterday. Still stayed under 1400 kcals, but I had 79g of carbs. 😞
Dinner at noodles and company and I have been craving their steak stroganoff.....
Ok, back to my regularly scheduled low carb...
Brunch this morning (got up late) eggs w/cheese, bacon and sausage!! Yay low carb and full!!
