I seriously could not get satisfied last night. I was not hungry, but I was craving. At least it was not sugar I wanted.
When my husband called and asked if I needed anything, I explained I thought I would like some bbq flavored pork skins.
That finally hit the spot.
I think I wanted salt, because everything I reached for last night was salty. But I could have just wanted a crunchy texture.

I had to come off the diet for a couple of weeks. I ended up having to have emergency dental work, which meant a soft food diet for a few weeks, until I healed enough to eat regular food again.
So today I am restarting my diet! Wish me luck

Today I need to dress up a bit for work, so I decided to wear my gray slacks. I just purchased these slacks in December! They fell off! 🤗🤗🤗
Good thing I had kept a couple of pants that were “too tight” in December! 😉
