I fell yesterday. Still stayed under 1400 kcals, but I had 79g of carbs. 😞

Dinner at noodles and company and I have been craving their steak stroganoff.....
Ok, back to my regularly scheduled low carb...

Brunch this morning (got up late) eggs w/cheese, bacon and sausage!! Yay low carb and full!!
