Day 36:
This past week was awful. I was stuffing my face! Although I only had a few sweets, I know I had between 20-35g of carbs per day in excess avocados and veggies. I don't add avocados on this site because they count the fiber as bad carbs and I'm trying to keep it at a daily average of 20g. You can pretty much add an avocado (4g carbs, 350 cals) to every day where I'm below 1000 cals for the day.
This overeating was due to the fact that I'm starting a very painful shark week. I also haven't been drinking all the water that I should be, not even close to what I should be...
I was only in trace this morning, it was barely visible. I need to up my ketone count and stop fucking overeating.

Day 30:
Think I may actually have left the PISS stage. Still unusually early though so I'm going to stay skeptic. But I am seeing weight loss again! ALMOST IN ME 60s!!!

Day 28:
Had a rough time this weekend, consumed too much wine too quickly and ended up puking/ passing out + puking in my sleep.
I am still in keto though and I believe I am starting to come out of the PISS stage. I'm not going to get my hopes up, though.
