Day 22:
I can't get a good read on the scale. Today I watched myself get proper posture in the mirror and when I did that I was 77.7, so hopefully it remains that way. I mean, I feel slimmer, I fit in smaller clothes and look nicer in them, so I must be smaller. And I haven't left keto once! I just don't know... I'm feeling disheartened.

I went over my carbs by a lot more than I put down yesterday, yet I'm still in keto, thank god. I hope PISS is over soon and I can see my real weight loss.

Day 20:
I am in the PISS stage of my diet. That's POST INDUCTION STALL SYNDROME, which happens to nearly everyone. I was wondering why my weight keeps bouncing around the same numbers, never really going anywhere. Apparently that will clear up for me during weeks 5-6. Thank god. Until then I will stay strong, even though the scale is telling me I'm 175 :(.
