Been out of keto for about a week and a half. Been trying to get back in for the past few days now.

Day 49:
I've been skittering along the edge of keto in preparation for my upcoming trip to France. My diet has not been horrible but it definitely hasn't been very keto friendly. I am over-carbing mostly on extra dark chocolate and fruits. My daily average ranges from 25-50g of carbs, roughly. I have not been recording my diet lately because I rarely get on the internet and since my phone's data plan has down graded I'm already over my MB for the month... that's probably gonna charge me $10!

Day 44:
Amazingly enough my keto strips still say I'm in keto, but I don't feel like I am. I feel bloated and gross. I've somewhat managed my over-carb intake, and now I am eating most of my carbs from dark chocolate and avocados. If I stop with the avocados I can balance again, but they are too damn good, and cheap too.
