-2 days until the ultimate REBOOT:

For the remainder of this evening I am having a slim fast with 2 % milk. Tomorrow I will only be having this as a meal unless I prefer water. My bank is looking pretty rough this soon after Christmas, and so my diet is going to reflect it until January 10th, when I can afford real keto food stuffs.

Starting January 1st and ending January 2nd at NOON, I will be liquid fasting with water and tea only. I may use some fiber powder if I feel it is necessary. Friday I will eat the veggies I have in my freezer, and I should be good until Sunday the 5th, when I return to work. This will be the real challenge, as I have a hard time preparing food for work and resisting the food at work. When you are offered free muffins and extra carbs every day at work, it can be hard. Especially when you don't plan ahead and bring a lunch. My job is the #1 contributor to my weak will, besides myself of course.

If I can make it through the month of January and I find myself in ketosis, I plan on subscribing to a nearby gym where I will be able to speed up this process. The gym I have in mind is not a body building gym perse, but it is a gym equipped for my needs at this moment - and those needs are to lose weight.

If I can make it down to 150 or 140, depending on how my body distributes weight, then I will look into joining a body building gym if I feel that my current gym is not suitable for my needs any longer.

I have no time goal in this sense, but as always, the sooner the better.
This has always been my only resolution.
