I recently graduated from college and it's about time I stop living and eating like a college kid. I work in a glorified cafeteria so it should be pretty simple to get my diet on track. I'm hoping to lose weight by sticking to the principles of eating nutritional foods rather than energy-packed foods and by eating fresh, self-prepared meals.

Currently I live in the Twin Cities.
