65 yr young US Navy veteran served aboard the USS Tripoli LPH-10 ("Gator Freighter") & VA-128 ("Golden Eagles") A-6 Intruder.

I have a full quiver of grand & great grand children (23)that I'm very proud of. I'm needing to get back into good health so that I can enjoy them as I enter my "golden" years. When you're at a funeral and one of your great-grands says, "I don't want you to die Poppie..." it makes you stop and think what's really important. To watch and see and have an influence on those little lives is WAY more important than doing and eating what I want, especially the unhealthy things - so I've gotta loose this unhealthy weight and get the pump healthy(er) so I can watch and maybe influence the miracles of life in these little ones coming behind me. Who knows maybe one of them will make a discovery that changes the world as we know it.

Currently at 266 lbs, goal 200-215 lbs and able to run around with the great grands for 30 minutes without being winded!
