My weight didn't come on until college (although I had "image" issues WAY before then). At the beginning of college I was 140-ish. On the day I recieved my degree I was 210 (only 4 years later). On the day of my wedding two years later, I was 174. The day I concieved my son I was 200. A year after giving birth to my son I was 213. Today (2 years later) I am 32 and starting Fatsecret at 184.

Nothing-absolutely NOTHING- tastes as good as thin feels.

Workout DVD's that don't make you feel like an utter moron? Anybody?
Thanks for the suggestions. Since this Leslie Sansone seems to be on the tip of everyone's fingers, I'll check it out! Thank you.

Workout DVD's that don't make you feel like an utter moron? Anybody?
O.K. I'm looking for suggestions on fitness DVD's that don't make you feel like a bloomin' idiot. For example: when the trainer is going at the speed of light and doing intricate footwork that lands you smack on your bum- that qualifies. Another example- anything involving lots of floor work. Somehow I'm supposed to be on my back, legs akimbo, arms behind my head, in some extensive chi-freeing pose AND be watching for the next pose or move? Nay-nay.
I'm looking for sweat- but simplicity. Anybody?
