My name is Cassandra Shumway I found this site by Nicole from youtube who for a year now has been on the south beach diet and found this site through her. I want to be able to count my calories and loose weight on my own for the next couple of months before I go to Ball State in January for my Bachelors Degree in Criminal justice of the arts I have a few years left to graduate then I need to find a job been looking since I was fired 2 years ago from Dunkin Doughnuts so my self esteem and image of myself as well as my confidence has been real low since I graduateed highschool and do not know when I go to school what all is to come for me with being able to find a job because I want to be able to be independent and not depend solely on my mom paying my phone bill from my dads child support. I want to build my own credit and live my own life and be treated as an adult and not a child.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
i think i need a new diet not sure what diet i want to do or what diet will work for me and have me motivated everday to stay on it because me staying away from foods like chocolate being female and my horomones i cannot do it i have tried and had some whoppers as a gift to myself for loosing some weight but it came right back as water weight

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Lately I have been weighing myself everyday after I wake up, after every meal, and after I exercise as well as right before I go to bed I am paranoid about my weight and not sure how I am supposed to not weight myself everyday and just do it once a week so that I am not depressed about it and that I get motivated to loose the weight because I found out it takes 3500 calories to loose just 1 pound that is ridiculous when on the treadmil alone for one mile at least I can loose 134 calories going 4mph and thats about 30-40 calories a lap when my intake is supposed to be 2100calories and i do not eat that much a day
