Im a 54 year old guy who's greatest accomplishments is my children. I have four of them!! My oldest is 27 and I have 25 year old triplets.

I have been overweight for most of my life. I used "Atkins" about 10 years ago to lose a bunch of weight, but sadly gained it back.

This time around I will be successful in losing and keeping it off, using a Ketogenic diet.
