Triceps - the weakling vs. the muscle
Question Question Question Has anyone ever found one tricep to be extremely stronger than the other?
I'm left handed, so one would think my left tricep would be stronger. But it's not. I found this out when I was attempting to do tricep pull downs at the gym Friday (or was it Saturday . . . I don't remember . . . but anyway).
What my right arm had no trouble doing, my left was struggling greatly at.

Has anyone else had this before? Do I just work my left tricep to catch it up with my right?

Height/Weight/Size
5'6.5" (can't forget that .5". It's important!
204lbs
Pants size 16
Tops: XL

My goal is 155. I've been fighting to get under 200 for a year and half now (started at 222). I've been so close I could have touched it and then derailed myself. But I'm getting there. But I'm stronger & in better shape now than I was last time I reached 201! (So harumph.) Smile
