Hi, everyone ! I bought the wii active program back in Jan , Of course it just sat brand new in the box until now... lol
I actually just started my 30 day challenge yesterday. I lost 1 pound YAY!! hopefully it stays lost. Does anyone know if there is a way to just set up a workout where I can just do some running for a specific period of time or miles ? Please let me know if this is possible. I also have my fitness coach and golds gym cardio boxing and wii fit if anyone has any suggestions to some great workouts that helped you to lose weight. By the way those lunges are HARD !!
