I have not worked out in probably about 2 years !! I just started working out yesterday and I have lost a pound. Hopefully it stays lost forever ! Just that little pound has motivated me to keep at it. Its really hard for me to make the time to workout and eat right with my 2 and 3 year old. They keep me busy all day (and night :/ ) After working out yesterday I actually felt more energized. I felt really good. I worked out for about an hour. I had the kids "working" out with me so it was kind of fun :) I really hope to lose some belly fat. After 2 pregnancys back to back my body really took a hit (belly mainly :/ ) I cant wait to get rid of the baby weight !!! Yes , its sad my youngest is 2 and I havent even worked out a day since he was born. I am not and this baby weight is going to GO AWAY !! :)
