Good news I had my weekly measure and weigh-in and here are some of the results:

-4 inches on waist
-3 inches ea thigh
7% fat mass loss
6 lbs of fat lost

so I am pumped by this!

Oh, and I do log EVERYTHING I eat. I don't cheat... every grape, every bit of oil or dressing. BTW Smile

"Your log shows consistent negative caloric intake which theoretically should result in steady weight loss."

I KNOW RIGHT???!!! I showed this to my trainer and he said "you need to eat no more than 1200 calories a day" I am trying to stick to that but theoretically I should be losing for what I am eating.

As to the fast, I have had success with fasting for weight loss, and I love how flat the stomach feels during a fast! I am just concerned about the dreaded yo-yo (a big problem for me) so I am trying to use more of a long-term approach. I am going to try to fruit fast, since it is easy to eat 1200 cal of fruit in 24 hours!

Feedback Needed!
See, my issue is that I am doing everything (well almost) correctly! I am now 33 and the last time I had weight to lose I was 28 and it fell off. I was running; that is the only difference.

I gained the weight from inactivity following a bad car wreck, and now I live with a bunch of screws in my neck and have been told not to run.

I am at the end of my rope here though, I really want to stay motivated but it is hard to stay motivated when you are working your butt off and hardly losing any weight (especially when you have PLENTY to lose)
