About me... Well, I've been on the weight roller coaster since I was 12. It kind of went like this, 7th grade skinny, 8th grade fat, 9th & 10th grade medium, 11th grade Very skinny, 12th grade medium, Freshman year of college, the Freshman 30! And so on and so on... and right now I'm the heaviest I've ever been.... by 20 lbs. BUT, while some say it was unfortunate, I found it a stroke of good luck that I got laid off last week because now I have all the time in the world to exercise! I'm going to try to get in an hour or two of intense exercise and then do a bunch of moderate stuff like taking long walks and leisurely biking. I'm just so sick of looking so puffy in my clothes. I wish I didn't care and could just be happy and fat but.... it doesn't work like that. The skinny girl inside me wants to get out again. She's like, "Bitch lemme outta here!"

NEW GOAL: 160 by October 11th,.... (today is June 29th) I KNOW that's a big goal and means I'd have to lose a pound every other day, but I've got a lot to lose and the bigger you are the faster it comes off. plus I've got nothing else to do this summer besides write my screen play and exercise, so, I feel like I have a golden opportunity, best not to waste any time!

G1 Error Message
I had this problem up until yesterday, and then the G1 told me an update was available so I let the update run and now it works fine.

And Sharon- I had this same problem as you about a month back. USe the contact us feature on this website and tell them your G1 isn't synced with your online account. They will ahve it fixed for you in a day or two.

How Many Calories Should I Have?
I'm confused now... I read this post and then I went and found a BMR calculator online and it says my BMR is 1752, while Fatsecret says it's 2292. That's more that 500 calories, that's a HUGE difference!! Whom to believe?

Dieting and drinking
Today I am rethinking my plan again. this is probably my main problem, is that I am SO indecisive. TODAy, I am deciding to give it up until I reach my goal. Because I'm VERY impatient. And Seriously I think drinking is the only thing that is keeping me back...

Avoiding people when your weight is up
I like to think of the next 9 months- or however long it will take- that it's like the make-over montage in the movie of my life. And then I get to have a big coming out party when we have the finished product. If only it were as simple and as fast as a montage!
