I was doing "great" with my weight, then I went on vacation and gained it back. I am changing to vegetarian lifestyle since my blood type is "A" and I want to have a healthier lifestyle, not just a "diet when I need to" lifestyle. Life is a journey and I don't want to feel like I'm dieting the whole way through!
