Vegan Buddy???
lol! I had a nightmare a few days ago that I ordered a salad and it had cheese on it but I was so hungry I ate it anyway... One thing led to another and the next thing I knew, I was binge eating ham! I woke up terrified. Thank god it was only a dream Smile

Is it just me or do diets make you more emotional, i feel rubbish today!!
I know you're on a diet, but maybe you're not eating enough? When I use to restrict my calories too much (less than 1000 per day) for a few days in a row; everything would get on my nerves and upset me! Maybe this is the case with you?
