... Another day of laying around sick with the flu. I can't believe my weight shot up those 4 pounds and is holding it's ground. I definitely need to focus on drinking more water to day. That should help flush my system and drop some of the water weight I'm holding onto.

I know I was a little over indulgent with Chinese take out yesterday but a 5 pound jump?! Good Lord. I know it's physically impossible for that to be a REAL gain but I'm sure I probably gained a little. Today I'm home sick with the flu or something. I took care of my husband all day yesterday because he was sick and now it's my turn.
I have been pretty well behaved with my eating today but it's probably just because I'm still full from all the crap I ate yesterday... I'm going out to dinner with my husband and his family in a little bit. Of course it's at an Italian restaurant. Everything will be crazy high in calories dripping in cheese! I'm going to go for the soup and salad approach and try to avoid pasta at all cost.
After a day like yesterday, the last thing I should be doing is eating pasta and not getting any exercise!

My scale hates me. I was on my best behaviour yesterday and even danced for 3 hours but this morning when I stepped on the damn thing it told me I gained a full extra pound... Ugh!
Hopefully I'll see a drop tomorrow. I think I deserve it. I went to the gym this morning and got in a small 35 minute work and I have to rehearse later so I know my deficit will constitute a loss. :/

Thank God it's Monday. I am in desperate need of a fresh start. I stepped on the scale this morning and weighed in at 128.0
Who would have that that going vegetarian would make me gain weight?
I left my eating disorder for a mostly vegan diet a couple of months ago and gained 10 pounds as of this morning.
I really need to get back on track and loose this weight without going back to my old ways.
I have acquainted myself with the vegan food pyramid and I think part of my problem is that I'm eating too much of the wrong thing and need to analyze my diet more. (I also quit smoking so that might be a contributing factor to the gain as well)
Another thing I need to do is get back to the gym. When I gave up my ED I kind of gave up going to the gym as well because I figured my new healthy diet and relatively active lifestyle would be enough... I was wrong.
Well, at any rate I am glad to be back on Fat Secret. I really missed counting my calories (lol, sad but so true!)and look forward to seeing progress and reaching my goals.
