Ingredients
Directions
- Schil en was alle groenten en snij deze in blokjes (behalve de spinazie).
- Gooi alle groentes in de pan (behalve de spinazie) met het water de olijfolie en het zout. Kook deze tot ze gaar zijn.
- Pureer met een staafmixer de groenten en voeg er de rijst bij. Laat dit dan nog 10 minuten koken.
- Gooi de spinazie erbij roer deze en zet het vuur uit.
- Serveer met nog een extra beetje zout.
