Овощной Суп с Фрикадельками и Гювеч

Необычный супчик, очень полезно.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Фарш положить в миску, посолить, поперчить и хорошо перемешать. Сформировать из фарша небольшие шарики - фрикадельки.
  2. Закидываем фрикадельки в кипящую воду, варим 15 минут.
  3. Картофель вымыть, очистить и нарезать кубиками.
  4. Варить до готовности фрикаделек и картофеля, затем добавить овощную смесь гювеч (Состав: томаты, перец, бамия, баклажаны, лук) дать провариться еще пару минут и выключить. Суп готов.
