- Batir los huevos con la leche y el CasanCrem.
- Incorporar los productos secos e integrar mezclando para que se active la harina de lino (de ser necesario, añadir más leche para que quede una consistencia similar a la preparación de un bizcochuelo).
- Colocar la preparación en molde previamente enmantecado y llevar a horno moderado durante 20min; luego elevar la temperatura para que se dore el pan (aproximadamente 20min más). Desmoldar y dejar enfriar sobre una rejilla.

Una aclaración: son 200 gs. de harina de lino, NO 2 tazas como aparece en la receta publicada (no sé por qué aparece este error, en mi cel la receta figura en gramos, tal cual la subí)
