Este batido sirve a modo de colación para equilibrar una dieta sana y alta en proteínas. Rápido fácil y muy económico. Ideal si realizas deporte.

- Colocar las frutas, la leche y la avena en la licuadora, puede endulzarse con miel si se prefiere.
