Batido de Frutas con Avena

Este batido sirve a modo de colación para equilibrar una dieta sana y alta en proteínas. Rápido fácil y muy económico. Ideal si realizas deporte.

  1. Picar ambas frutas en trozos pequeños.
  2. Colocar las frutas, la leche y la avena en la licuadora, puede endulzarse con miel si se prefiere.
  3. Licuar durante 1 minuto y servir en 2 porciones durante el dia.
