Just for kickers woke up and decided to see if there was any weight loss. Not bad, two pounds. I am happy to be able to finally lose weight. Seem my low thyroid was a major problem for a while, got all that under control. So close to being able to wear the swimsuit I bought last year, I ballooned up to 267 then dropped 10 pd in one month. Now I am slowing on the downside. So next it to be able to get back to the YMCA to do my workouts.
