Now I am only .5 higher than the ending of the Monday-Wednesday "fast" (really just no solid food, not a real fast). I didn't know if I would be able to keep the 2 pound loss. So, I am looking forward to doing it again this Monday. This is the weekend so I will have the opportunity to jog 5 miles a day. I usually drop 2 pounds in water weight after a run so it will be fun to have the scale read 206 for a day :)
208.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
