I've been sticking to the ketogenic diet for the last week. I didn't record a weigh in last week, but it was 237. I made progress. It was probably mostly water, but progress nonetheless.

I'm not sure if I'm in ketosis. No fruity smelling breath, but possibly a slight metallic taste in my mouth. I may order some ketosis test strips.

I am having some trouble with the fat to protein ratio in my calorie intake. It's been tough trying to keep the fat at 70%. I need to find an easy way to add fat that doesn't add protein. I did read somewhere about taking in 1-3 tablespoons of coconut oil a day. I may have to do something like that. My go to this past week has been adding extra servings of green olives, but even I can only eat so many green olives.

I guess the big thing is that I'm losing, and I can continue to tweak things to find what works for me.
