I understand the frustration of watching age change your body and your abilities. The extra weight just makes it worse. You can change things. Just start with a few small steps. Move a bit more, do some stretches and drop one or two things from your food intake that aren't healthy. Just do a few changes that you can sustain for now. There are lots of people who are or have been in similar circumstances on this site and they will help and support you.

Ministry along with my age are my motivating factors. You can do this. When you look in the mirror, look at your progress. Be proud of that.

Getting fed up is a good first step! I am right there with you! Start with baby steps and follow a plan. And never give up. I have failed 1000 times and I just keep dusting myself off and recommitting. You can do it!

Come on now, we're all here to help each other Jul_I_Anna! You can do this, how bad do you want it? It sounds like you want to succeed. So lets begin with 1. what is you (woe) way of eating? 2. Preplanning is always a good start. Do you shop weekly? Then lets plan 7 breakfast meals, 7 lunch meals and 7 supper meals. Make your shopping list based on your meal choices, do not buy anything that is not on your woe. 3. Vitamins don't forget vitamins. 4. Remember it is 80% diet 20% exercise. You have all these FS supporters to lean on ask if you have a question Sweetie we've all been where you are❤️
