Ok... I've lost weight for several consecutive days now... dropping fast, but I know there is an adjustment coming. I'm going to wake up either tomorrow or the next day and see a 2 or 3lb gain... and then I'll be stuck a couple of days before creeping back down. It always amazes me how the body works.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 198.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
