And there we have it... I knew it was coming. It's like the body notices that you've been dropping weight for a week straight and decides "Oh hell no! We need to put some lbs back on right away!" So everything you eat or drink for 2 days gets stored and held.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 195.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
