Goodmorning, All. Finally a good drop. It could be because I've cut carbs the last couple of days which doesn't make me terribly happy. I love my carbs. Bread, fruit, pasta. But, whatever works. Right? Have a great day..
168.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week

I am a firm believer in low carbs, it cured my diabetes!

Lowering carbs, especially getting rid of processed sugars out of my diet and making sure that all the carbs I eat are complex high fiber grains and health plants if I can manage it most of the time has done wonders for me. I keep my proteins moderate and my fats fairly high to satisfy my cravings for food and sweets.

I will say that now that I’m 20 lbs from goal I’m experimenting with introducing some back in to test my resolve and see which ones I can handle like a normal person! LOL Chocolate covered cherries are off the list forever after today. Even if they are ‘healthy dried cherries and just dark chocolate’ around them! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I cannot be trusted to stop at a half serving or even a whole serving. 2 servings later (would have been more but I’d already eaten the other servings in the bag because I couldn’t resist and THAT was bad enough!)
