My scale loves this spot... won't budge from it. String of expletives....

I actually see a medical doctor and 2 nutritionists who specialize in weight loss... One of the highest rated and recognized in the US. I go on what they tell me and eat accordingly. I hesitate to share online because everyone online is an expert... They know better than my actual doctors who have Phd's in this stuff. So almost the minute I open my mouth regret it. Even when I'm reading right out of the manual my doctor gave me... still, everyone online knows better. I get excited l, you know, because I lost 156lbs in one year, and I'd like to share what I've learned because I want other people to experience the same, but that logic is flawed. I never learn. People hardly ever want the truth, and they will gun down the messenger if it runs them in the slightest wrong way. From now on I keep to myself on Fat Secret. I'm on course to lose another 50 (200+ total) by the end of March. I'll get there with my mouth shut from now on.

As to the above I got some warning on here because of a simple comment about protein. That's the second time I've been reported for saying something completely innocuous.

I got a warning from fat secret... apparently someone reported what I said about protein as abusive. About a month ago I got warned for commenting that a 500 calorie sandwich was perhaps not the best diet food. Sheesh.
