back to the 2's it's a great feeling and can bend over and tie my shoes again and wont need a seat belt extension in coach...lol

299.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb. Still to go: 64.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.7 lb a week
