Water Retention at its best.

Round 2 of Work Week Fasting underway.

I got this.
209.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks wannabhealthier, newnbetter & glen. @wannabhealthier, I brought water to a Christmas party for one of my kids for the "Just in case they had foods I was trying to avoid" however, in the absence of any healthy foods, I settled for eating what was available . . . salty and sugary foods. @newnbetter, yes, the trend is your friend. @glen, in my case it is not a mystery, processed carbs are evil and I am an addict. @ravenjewel, I find it easier to fast (periods where I am not eating) at work than trying to fast at home where I have easier access to the fridge than I do in the office.

Fasting at work seems very smart. I will have to do that, good luck in your fasting :)

dont' fast too long - your metabolism will slow down

Salt is stored by your body - so hopefully tomorrow it will be gone...I have gained 1 kg overnight by drinking salted vegetable broth yesterday evening, so don't worry, Ches, there will be a green arrow tomorrow 👍
