Need more water and a longer than a 16 hr fast. Onwards!

I'll take it.

19 days until 2018 - Let's Go team!!
207.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks @From371to184 - I just put another 5g of coconut oil sprinkled with Himalayan salt in my mouth. Thinking of making this a Fat Fast day.

Thanks cherik1, Maine coon and John10251. 2018 will be great. In Feb of 2017, my BF was 26.3 %. Just checking now, my BF is 22.6%. I will be focusing hard on getting my BF to 15% by EOO 2018. BTW, I am 16 hrs 4 minutes in this fast. I got this!!

Thanks Doobrie & glen. My body and mind are having a little fight right now. I feel full but my mind is saying "you should get a mid day snack" --- SHUT UP MIND. In 1 hour, I leave the office and start my journey home. I think I need to take a quick walk so I can stay focused.
