Well, no weigh November worked for me! I'm thrilled, 27 lbs to my first goal of 200 lbs. I was a little worried with Thanksgiving and everything, but I am now wholeheartedly behind the Keto process!!

Are you going to do the same thing for December? For me, unless I'm obsessed with the scale, which really isn't much fun, I don't stick to the plan.
