we ate out with the family and I ate some mashed potatoes and had a salad with some Thousand island on it. I know the dressing had sugar. and then I had some peanuts. I am thinking that the peanuts hold me back. Not sure about the gain, but everytime I eat them, I gain or stall. So am thinking of cutting them out to see if it helps.
But on the good note is that we went to Octoberfest and I didn't drink or eat any of the goodies when they were offered.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   gaining 9.8 lb a week

May be the salt with the peanuts

I like the raw almonds and sunflower seeds, always an option.

true,didn't think about the salt. I do have some raw almonds and sunflower seeds. Might try them. I ended up eating the peanuts because I didn't eat or drink anything at the Octoberfest, so I was thirsty and hungry and we had stopped at the QT and peanuts is the only thing I found to snack on. :)

I agree...peanuts and jack link beef jerky seem to be the only items in a convenance store that are anywhere close to options for my WOE
